Clothing
Remember to bring your daypack, toque, raincoat, mittens, sun hat and sunscreen to your sessions. Most of the workshops are outside for the entire time or part of the time. It is springtime in the Rockies and the weather can change extremely quickly. Therefore, please come prepared with appropriate clothing and gear necessary for the outdoors. Being prepared for the weather will enhance your outdoors enjoyment.
Don’t forget your bathing suit if you want to enjoy the Hot Tub!

Meals
Meal packages must be booked with Goldeye. If you have not already done so, contact them at 1-877-721-2102 or e-mail: goldeye@telusplanet.net
If you have not purchased a meal plan from Goldeye and you are signed up for a full day session, you will be responsible for bringing your own bagged lunch. If you have signed up for the meal plan then you will be provided with a bag lunch to take with you to your sessions. All meals will take place in the main dining hall.

Mugs and Water Bottles
Please bring your own mug for refreshment breaks. If you forget, please purchase a second-hand, recycled cup to use and take home.

Music Making
Feel like singing or playing? Bring your instrument or voice and join us for Open Mic on Friday evening.

|
Silent Auction
The new or used items you plan to bring for the silent auction will be on display for bidding during the Saturday night banquet dinner. Outdoor items, art, gear, gift certificates, books, etc. will be gratefully accepted. Drop off donations at the registration desk. Bring along some extra money so you do not miss out on all the goodies! (Cash, cheques, Visa and Mastercard will be accepted). All proceeds go to support of GEOEC.
